UF Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care within the LPN scope under supervision of an RN and attending clinician. The role includes medications, IV therapy, wound care, injections, and ongoing patient assessment as part of the treatment team.
Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, supporting PCTs, phlebotomy, diabetes care, and patient/family education. A Level 2 DCF background check is required by the organization.
