Life in St. Augustine & Nocatee, FloridaNease Animal Hospital sits between historic St. Augustine — the oldest city in the U.S. — and the vibrant, fast‑growing community of Nocatee, just south of Jacksonville. Here, you will trade long commutes for beach mornings and cobblestone‑street evenings. Enjoy year‑round warm weather, some of Florida’s best beaches, top-rated schools, and a lower cost of living than much of coastal Florida — all while being just a short drive from Jacksonville’s international airport, dining, and culture.
