Location: St. Augustine, Florida

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00+/hr (Based on Experience) + Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses!

Position: Full-Time

• Valid FL Driver’s License: Clean driving record required to drive company trucks & trailers.

  Experience:
  
  1+ years operating commercial zero-turns, stand-on mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Leadership Ability: Proven track record of running a 2–3 person crew, managing daily route pace, and maintaining quality standards.
• Weather Stamina: Ability to lead outdoor crews 8–10 hours a day in Florida conditions.

• Lead the Crew: Drive the crew truck/trailer, manage on-site route pace, and keep crew members motivated and safe.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure clean lines, proper edging, thorough cleanup, and property detail on every residential and commercial job.
• Equipment Care: Keep trucks, trailers, and power equipment maintained, clean, and organized.
• Client Interaction: Represent The Master’s professionally when speaking with homeowners and property managers.
