Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Augustine, FL, for an experienced Florida Title Closing Agent. The role involves managing real estate closings, preparing and reviewing escrow and title documents, and conducting title transfers. You will ensure compliance with title insurance procedures, provide exceptional customer service, and act as a notary when required. You will work closely with clients, lenders, and agents to facilitate smooth, accurate, and efficient transactions.

Qualifications
  • Experience with escrow processes and managing real estate closings.
  • Strong knowledge of title insurance protocols and procedures.
  • Proven customer service skills to support and communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Certified Notary Public or ability to obtain certification promptly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Florida real estate regulations.
