This is a hybrid role located in St. Augustine, Florida for a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent.

Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Additional tasks include conducting property market analysis, coordinating showings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the local real estate market. Collaboration with a supportive team and leveraging company-provided tools and resources will be key components of the role.

• Possession of a valid Florida Real Estate License
• Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, social media skills are a plus
• Excellent communication abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Northeast Florida real estate market, specifically St. Augustine is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation systems is advantageous
