Title Processor

A title company is seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to support the closing team by preparing files, reviewing title work, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete prior to closing. This role is critical in keeping transactions organized and on track.

Responsibilities:

• Open new title orders and establish escrow files
• Review title commitments, reports, and supporting documents
• Clear title requirements by obtaining necessary documentation (payoffs, releases, etc.)
• Order and review payoffs, HOA information, surveys, and other closing-related items
• Prepare closing packages and coordinate with Escrow Officers and Closers
• Communicate with lenders, agents, and clients to gather required information
• Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing
• Maintain organized records and update file status in the system

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in title, escrow, or real estate transactions
• Understanding of title commitments and closing processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with title software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
