Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Consistently train and guide the culinary team on precise recipe execution, & proper food preparation
• knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling
• Assist with maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution
• Partner with the Executive Chef to maintain proper training of the culinary team
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
• Possesses exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
• Adapts quickly to evolving priorities and manages tasks independently
