This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. - Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.
- Assist assigned departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts.
- Perform tasks such as food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
