- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance guest experiences
- Stay updated on drink trends, recipes, and techniques to continually elevate your bartending skills
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Certification in responsible beverage service training (Serv Safe) or ability to obtain one
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
