Bartender​/Server

The Server/Bartender provides exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and requires flexibility to cover both serving and bartending duties with professionalism at all times.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service
• Restock bar and manage inventory as needed

• Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Use all equipment, tools, and glassware safely
• Report hazards or incidents immediately
• Enforce a culture of safety and accountability at all times

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
• Assist with training new staff as needed
• Help with opening, closing, and side work to maintain standards

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be 21+ for bartending responsibilities
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented

• Reliability, teamwork, and respect are mandatory
• Safety, cleanliness, and guest‑first service are required every shift
