Job Description

Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for General Managers to lead operations of a store in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.

The role involves managing sales, volume, quality of service, customer satisfaction, profit margin, employee scheduling, inventory, training, and leading by example. The GM will participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.

• Store sales and volume management
• Quality of service and customer satisfaction

• High school degree or equivalent
• 2‑year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer
• Food safety Serv Safe Certification or Food Handler certification
• Reliable transportation

• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Fast‑paced environment adaptiveness
• Desire for continuous improvement
• Effective communication with guests
• Participation in Jersey Mike's training programs
• Reliability and ability to meet schedule requirements
