The Spot Cafe LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is looking for experienced Breakfast/Lunch Servers to join our team! • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to set the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the breakfast and lunch menu, including daily specials and ingredients
• Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal, providing attentive tableside service
• Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and reconcile end-of-shift receipts
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and properly set between seatings

• Previous serving experience in a café, diner, or restaurant setting required
• Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service standards and timing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Availability for morning and midday shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
