In addition to food, Calico Cactus features a full barista service, providing crafted coffee drinks and specialty beverages. The team is dedicated to delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at Calico Cactus’s on-site location in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role includes supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring consistent food and beverage quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. The Restaurant Manager monitors service standards, supports team members during busy periods, and addresses guest concerns to promote exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role also involves scheduling staff, assisting with hiring and training, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and supporting menu promotions such as new Taco Drops. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with leadership on operational improvements, cost control, and initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.
• Experience with Hiring, including interviewing, onboarding, and developing restaurant team members.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including quality control, safety, and presentation standards.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and inventory.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
