The Spot Cafe LLC in Saint Augustine, FL is looking for experienced Breakfast/Lunch Servers to join our team! Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner to set the tone for an exceptional dining experience

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff

Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards are met

Maintain thorough knowledge of the breakfast and lunch menu, including daily specials and ingredients

Monitor and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal, providing attentive tableside service

Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and reconcile end-of-shift receipts

Keep dining area clean, organized, and properly set between seatings

Previous serving experience in a café, diner, or restaurant setting required

Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service standards and timing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Availability for morning and midday shifts, including weekends and holidays

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
