This is a full-time, on-site position based in St. Augustine, FL, for the role of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales goals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, executing visual merchandising, and handling employee training to enhance performance. The Assistant Manager will work closely with senior leadership to implement strategies and policies, address customer inquiries, and maintain the brand’s visual and operational standards.

• Customer service and communication skills to create an engaging and positive in-store experience for all customers.
• Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and execute promotional strategies.

• Familiarity with retail technology and cash-handling procedures is a plus.
