Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories. We are looking for a reliable, service‑oriented individual who can support the Store Manager and act as the go‑to person in their absence.
Key Responsibilities- Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
- Create amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, and drive the store’s success as an ambassador and by supporting local marketing efforts.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
- Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
- Demonstrated retail sales success.
- Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Retail environment – U.S. candidates only.
- Perform duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
