Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain daily standards, drive sales and profit, foster customer satisfaction, develop the team, and support operational and strategic duties.

• Maintain daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
