Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers Outlet - St. Augustine Outlets

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager at Kay Jewelers Outlet. The role involves supporting store management, driving sales and profit, and fostering a customer‑focused environment.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as required.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
