Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary

Part‑Time Sales Associate at Movado Company Store in Saint Augustine, FL.

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and stay updated on product features.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment; monitor merchandise for accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow all security and loss‑prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.

• Strong selling skills and experience, especially in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and achieve store objectives.

Competitive hourly rate starting at $15.00 plus commission on all sales. Employees also receive discounts, a 401(k) program, and additional benefits.
