Full-time, Mon–Fri
Annual Compensation$40K base + 3% uncapped commission (OTE $76K+, top performers $70K+)

What We’re Looking For- Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a huge plus
- Strong communicator who can listen, ask questions, and keep leads engaged
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
- Coachable, ambitious, and team-oriented — willing to learn fast
- Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (Mon–Fri)
- No Real Estate License required — we are the buyer, not the middle man
