Full-time, Mon–Fri

$40K base + 3% uncapped commission (OTE $76K+, top performers $70K+)

Full company-paid healthcare, PTO (10 days to start, 15 days at 3 years, 20 days at 5 years), Paid Holidays (Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After, Christmas Eve & Day), Paid Training, Performance-Based Incentives

St. Augustine, FL (in-office role), Company Paid Trips

• Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a huge plus
• Strong communicator who can listen, ask questions, and keep leads engaged
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
• Coachable, ambitious, and team-oriented — willing to learn fast
• Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (Mon–Fri)
• No Real Estate License required — we are the buyer, not the middle man
