As a Dog Wellness Membership Advisor
, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience to pet parents

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness dog care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our dog grooming services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress‑free experience for pets

• A sales‑driven mindset with a passion for helping customers make informed decisions
