Ripley's Believe It or Not! is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-driven Sales Supervisor to help grow our business while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. This position combines sales, marketing, customer relations, and operational leadership in a fun and fast-paced attraction environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, coordinating special events and groups, promoting attractions, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local associations, tourism partners, hotels, concierge groups, and community organizations.
  • Solicit and secure new group sales, consignment accounts, and special event business.
  • Organize and schedule group visits, consignment programs, and special events.
  • Develop and maintain admissions and ancillary sales promotions.
  • Attend local and state association meetings, networking events, and industry functions to promote Ripley's attractions and special offers.
Marketing & Social Media
  • Assist with social media content, engagement, and promotional efforts.
  • Communicate current promotions, events, and attraction offerings to guests and business partners.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase attendance, revenue, and brand awareness.
Guest Service & Operations
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and guest-focused environment.
  • Maintain outstanding attraction knowledge and provide support to team members.
  • Oversee operational duties throughout the attraction and property as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain safety standards for guests and employees.
  • Ensure cleanliness, presentation standards, signage, maintenance, and overall appearance of the attraction are upheld.
  • Assist with cash management functions, including safes, cash-outs, and deposits.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and expectations to staff.
  • Support management with training, coaching, and daily operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous sales, tourism, hospitality, retail, or attraction experience preferred.
  • Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Must be able to travel locally and run business-related errands as needed.
