Inside Sales Associate

Competitive pay and up to $2,500 through performance bonuses

Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM

• Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers and representing the company in a professional manner
• Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery
• Secure payment of invoices with proper funds or obtain credit authorization per company policy
• Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, per manufacturer’s warranty policy and customer needs
• Estimate delivery dates for customers based on vendor production and delivery schedules
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of related inside sales experience (preferred)
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly
• Strong counter presence and ability to interact directly with customers for a large portion of the day
• Strong customer‑service attitude
• Good computer skills, including MS Office programs
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations, and customer issues
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals, or pool construction (helpful)
• Minimum age 18 years old
