Security Officer Part Time Gatehouse

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the lobby, common areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns.;
Support hotel and resort operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directional questions, and helping with security-related procedures for deliveries, vendors, and after-hours access.
