The Team Leader / Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining his/her area of responsibility to Ring Power’s standards.
Responsibilities- Supervise other housekeepers on his/her team.
- Maintain direct communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor to assure all company cleaning standards are upheld.
- Maintain acceptable levels of janitorial supplies.
- Maintain janitorial closets and all equipment within; arrange repair if required.
- Maintain all facility flooring.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
- Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred; 9th grade level education required.
