Team Leader 2nd Shift-Floor Technician

The Team Leader / Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining his/her area of responsibility to Ring Power’s standards.

• Supervise other housekeepers on his/her team.
• Maintain direct communication with the Housekeeping Supervisor to assure all company cleaning standards are upheld.
• Maintain acceptable levels of janitorial supplies.
• Maintain janitorial closets and all equipment within; arrange repair if required.
• Maintain all facility flooring.

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language.
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred; 9th grade level education required.
