Position: Team Leader - (2nd Shift-Floor Technician)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

The Team Leader / Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining his/her area of responsibility to Ring Power's standards.

Supervise other housekeepers on his/her team.

Maintain direct communication with Housekeeping Supervisor to assure all company cleaning standards are upheld.

Maintain acceptable levels of janitorial supplies.

Maintain janitorial closets and all equipment within and arrange repair if needed.

Maintain all facility flooring.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience.

Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred – 9th Grade Level Education Required.
