Acadia Healthcare - 150 Moon Bay Parkway - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment repair;
Act as back-up for call person in case of emergency, respond timely;
Operate hand and power tools safely;
Follow preventive maintenance schedule / instruction and complete reports;
Inspect and maintain emergency power equipment, fire alarm system, extinguishers and lighting
