We are looking for a craftsman who is ready to prove they're the best!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew in the installation of paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, water features, and other hardscape features.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Operate and maintain hardscape tools and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Maintain a safe and organized job site.
- Minimum 3 years of hardscape experience (retaining walls, pavers, etc.)
- 1 year of leadership or foreman experience preferred.
- Proficiency in operating equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws.
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and base preparation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Can operate a truck and trailer.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
