Field Service Technician (Appliance Repair) - St. Augustine, FL

St. Augustine, FL; coverage includes Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park and surrounding metro areas.
Join our Customer Service team as a Field Service Technician (DMST). You will deliver exceptional customer experience by diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
- Use safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
- Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
- Diagnose problems, assess the extent, document findings, and decide to repair or replace parts.
- Instantly and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
- Pre‑screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problems prior to arrival.
- Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix‑right‑first‑time, revisits, parts management, OT%).
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (field service preferred).
- Experience repairing major appliances (refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products).
- Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification.
- Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
USD 25.25 – 29.75 per hour.
