We're looking for a licensed Wireman or Journeyman Electrician who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service. If you're someone who can walk into a customer's home or business, make them feel comfortable, explain solutions clearly, and complete high-quality electrical work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain solutions in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for electrical work
- Read blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project requirements
- Mentor and train apprentices while promoting safe work practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and teammates to ensure every project is completed successfully
- Follow all safety standards and electrical codes
- Current Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License
- Previous electrical experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, measurements, and basic math
