As a Staff Engineer Tool Level 5, you will lead the development of complex software tools and systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior engineers and providing technical guidance and expertise to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of complex software tools and systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering.
- Proven track record of leading complex software projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS.
- Experience with Cloud Computing and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
