About the Opportunity

We operate collegiate summer baseball teams across multiple regional leagues, providing elite competitive environments for college players while delivering high-quality community experiences in each market.

Our Head Coaches are more than lineup makers.

They are leaders, teachers, and culture builders - responsible for developing players on and off the field while collaborating closely with the General Manager and league leadership to run a professional organization.

This role is ideal for coaches who want real responsibility, autonomy, and impact.

Role Overview

The Head Coach leads all baseball operations for their assigned team.

You will oversee player development, on-field strategy, daily training, and team culture while serving as a mentor to players and assistant coaches.

You are responsible for creating a competitive, disciplined, and positive environment.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Baseball Operations

• Manage all on-field activities including practices, games, and training plans
• Set lineups, pitching rotations, and in-game strategy
• Lead daily workouts and player development sessions
• Coordinate player arrivals, departures, and roster needs with league leadership

Player Development

• Provide individualized instruction and feedback
• Support players' collegiate goals and professional aspirations
• Foster accountability, growth mindset, and professionalism
• Serve as mentor and role model

Staff Leadership

• Supervise Assistant Coaches
• Help onboard interns and game-day staff from a baseball operations perspective
• Maintain clear communication with the General Manager

Culture & Representation

• Build a positive, team-first clubhouse culture
• Represent the organization professionally in the community
• Uphold league standards and expectations

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates typically bring experience in:

• College, summer collegiate, high school, or travel baseball coaching
• Player development and instruction
• Leadership roles within baseball programs

• Strong communicator and teacher
• Comfortable leading young adults
• Competitive but development-focused
• Reliable, accountable, and professional

Time Commitment & Structure

This is a seasonal role with primary commitment during the summer playing schedule, including practices, games, and team activities.

Preseason preparation and roster coordination may begin earlier.

Compensation varies by league and market and may include:

• Seasonal stipend or hourly structure
