As a Front Desk & Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily operations, answer questions, keep the facility running smoothly, and play a key role in building the welcoming, inclusive culture Old Coast Pickleball is known for.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends, and opportunities for growth, including the option to become pickleball-certified to teach.

Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.

Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist with reservations and check‑ins.

Learn and use Court Reserve to support daily operations (training provided).

Assist with opening and closing the facility.

Support day‑to‑day club operations and events.

Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including:

• Pickleball courts
• Bathrooms
• Common areas

Help foster a positive, inclusive, and community‑driven environment.

Customer service or front desk experience preferred (but not required).

Passion for creating culture and community.

Loves working with people and being part of a team.

Enthusiasm for pickleball (playing experience is a plus!).

Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Dependable, responsible, and proactive.

Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
