Shuttle Driver (Part‑Time, As‑Needed)

We are seeking friendly, dependable shuttle drivers to provide transportation services for concerts, festivals, park‑and‑ride operations, and other special events on a part‑time, as‑needed basis. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong focus on safety, and a positive customer‑service attitude while operating shuttles on busy public streets during high‑traffic events. Scheduling is infrequent and based on event needs, with shifts primarily occurring during evenings, weekends, and special events.

The ideal candidate has a great sense of fun, enjoys working with people, and understands the importance of safety and professionalism while operating a shuttle during busy public events and concerts.

• Competitive pay and paid training: $18 per hour + tips
• Must have a CDL class C (or higher) with Passenger Endorsement.
• Discounts in retail stores and free admission to all company attractions (including The Old Jail, Potter’s Wax Museum, Hop‑On Hop‑Off Tour, and many more).
• Free admission to all participating attractions through the Florida Attraction Association Attraction Share Program, including free or discounted admission for up to three accompanying guests.

• Drive a vehicle that is 24 feet to 34 feet in length with passengers on busy public streets multiple times per shift.
• Meet and deal with the general public and diverse company employees in a prompt, courteous manner.
• Handle stressful situations and difficult people both in person and via the radio while maintaining composure in a pleasant, calm, courteous manner.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch.
• Perform an interior and exterior physical inspection of the vehicle daily and accurately complete the departmental documents/forms for inspection.

• Ability to drive a vehicle that is 24 feet to 34 feet in length in a safe, competent manner on busy public streets or company property.
• Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
• Ability to deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous people in a pleasant, calm, courteous manner.
• Mental attitude required to handle the stress that comes with this job.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clear English in order to communicate with co‑workers, general public, law enforcement, and emergency personnel and to complete required paperwork correctly.

• Must be 21 years old.
• Valid Florida Class C or higher CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record for past three years.

• Must pass pre‑employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.
• Valid DOT physical required.
