21st Century Personnel is hiring entry-level Class A CDL drivers north of I-4. Trainees gain real-world experience through paid training and a quick path to solo driving.
Orientation and four weeks of paid training prepare you for full-time driving with growing routes. During training you earn $650 per week, then $1,200–$1,500+ weekly depending on route; company benefits begin after the first month, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid vacation.
