AP Manager

PURPOSE:

We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our AP team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

* Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.

* Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors.

* Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.

* Processing due invoices for payments.

* Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.

* Accounting and finance special projects as assigned by the Controller.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

* Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as Net Suite, Tipalti, or Concur.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficient with Excel, specifically in creating pivot tables and using Lookups.
