- Manage financials for multiple commercial construction projects.
- Process subcontractor invoices, vendor payments, and purchase orders.
- Prepare owner billings, AIA pay applications, lien waivers, and related documentation.
- Track job costs, budgets, retainage, committed costs, and change orders.
- Assist Project Managers with cost forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience with job costing, AIA billing, retainage, and change orders.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with construction accounting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
