Electronics Technician
Location: St. Charles
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the development of new component designs and other related activities. Other responsibilities include helping Electronic Technicians with the testing of automotive components and maintaining laboratory equipment and facilities.
- Build prototypes and assist design engineers in various development tasks.
- Assist with various component testing and programming activities.
- Help set‑up and tear‑down test tools used to validate product.
- Collect and manage records and test data used for analysis of product.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties on test tools.
- Maintain stock of lab supplies and cleanliness of lab areas.
- Perform other job related and support activity duties as required.
- 1+ years experience preferred, not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic soldering skills.
- Ability to use common hand tools effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Organized and detail‑oriented.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
