Job Overview
The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is an 18‑month structured training program designed to develop leadership and operational knowledge s role involves collaborating with multiple teams to gain insights into business processes, strategies, and metrics, and requires a recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree, strong mechanical skills, and customer service experience.
Location: St. Charles, IL 60174
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm;
Saturday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Salary: $58,000 (paid weekly)
Essential Functions- Responsible for customer relationship activities by providing quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the rental department to ensure maximum utilization without compromising lease customers.
- Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction.
- Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize running costs and maintenance.
- Accountable for coordinating with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
- Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong Parts and Truck Repair knowledge.
- Bachelor’s Degree (required).
- 1 year or more in customer service with issue resolution experience (preferred).
- Strong PC knowledge/skills—including spreadsheets and word processing—(advanced, required).
- Basic understanding of business finance, controls, and metrics (beginner, required).
Compensation: Salaried at $58,000; eligibility for annual bonus, commission, or long‑term incentive plan may apply.
