Project Coordinator - Utilty & Fiber Construction

We are a growing underground utility and fiber construction company seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project managers, field crews, and accounting. This is a critical office-based role that keeps jobs running smoothly, ensures accurate billing, and assists with union payroll reporting.

• Track daily production quantities from field crews
• Coordinate permits, locates, and inspections
• Order and track job materials and deliveries
• Prepare billing quantities and job documentation
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and paperwork
• Maintain organized project files and logs
• Support weekly union payroll reporting and documentation
• Communicate with PMs, field staff, and accounting
• Help ensure jobs are ready before crews mobilize

• 2–5 years construction or project support experience
• Utility or fiber construction experience preferred
• Union payroll reporting experience a strong plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong Excel and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects

This position directly impacts production, billing speed, and project organization. A strong coordinator keeps crews productive and projects moving efficiently.
