Shop Coordinator About the Role
Endeavor Technologies, a Kurz Solution, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Repair / Shop Coordinator to support our service operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and plays a critical role in coordinating repair activities within the shop.
Working closely with our Customer Service and Shop teams, you'll help ensure smooth job intake, accurate documentation, and timely shipment of repaired equipment. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem‑solving, and collaborating across departments. This is a 30‑hours per week role with potential for 40‑hours per week in the future.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Administrative Support- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Gather and document incoming job information
- Create and manage cases, RMAs, service reports, and inspection jobs in Net Suite
- Confirm asset receipt and review incoming contracts
- Support the CSR team with job tracking and updates
- Maintain the shop shipping list and coordinate with shop managers on upcoming shipments
- Process component parts orders and manage shipment tracking information
- Conduct final contract reviews, including customer communication for shipping and payment details
- Assist with job costing, including time entry validation and work order completion
- Close completed and scrapped jobs in the system
- Update customer records with specifications and relevant job details
- Package products for shipment
- Take and document incoming/outgoing photos
- Verify and apply nameplates to equipment
- High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in industrial, electro‑mechanical, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfort communicating with customers via phone and email
- Willingness to be hands‑on, including light lifting and occasional shop support
- Clear and professional communication skills
