Well Now Urgent Care is hiring a Front Desk/Receptionist to greet and register patients, manage check-ins, and support workflows at our Illinois location. You will answer high volumes of phone calls, triage inquiries, take payments for visits, and help printing, scanning, and faxing reports while maintaining a courteous, efficient patient experience.
Minimum education is a High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred); a strong customer service mindset and reliability are essential.
