Looking for a long-term opportunity in a thriving private practice?

An established, growing private dental practice in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients, and is excited to grow with a practice that is investing heavily in its future.

This position begins at 3 clinical days per week
, with a clear path to 5 days per week as patient demand continues to grow.

We're Looking For Someone Who
  • Has 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients
  • Can confidently treatment plan comprehensive cases
  • Is a strong producer while maintaining an excellent patient experience
  • Has experience with implant placement and/or restoration (preferred)
  • Has experience with or interest in full-arch/All-on-X cases (a plus, but not required)
  • Wants to build lasting relationships with patients and become part of a growing practice for years to come
  • Works well with a team and enjoys helping mentor and elevate those around them
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
  • Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and other general procedures
  • Place and restore implants when appropriate
  • Collaborate on larger implant and full-arch rehabilitation cases
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
