Location: St. Charles
CUSD 303 is seeking a full-time, 10-month high school ELL teacher for the 26-27 SY rles North HS.
Minimum Education /Certification- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement or English as a New Language (ENL) endorsement
- Bilingual Education - Spanish endorsement
- Knowledge of and expertise with various models of quality instruction for multilingual learners
- Experience in research-based instructional practices and student-centered learning
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to support students within ELL programs
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with families of targeted students to develop the partnership between home and school
- Preferred high school teaching experience
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (with TRS): BA, Step 1 - Step 8: $59,624.00 - $73,918.00
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (with TRS): MA, Step 1 - Step 8: $67,369.00 - $93,512.00
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (with TRS): PHD/EDD Step 1 - Step 8: $83,420.00 - $96,720.00
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (w/out TRS): BA, Step 1 - Step 8: $54,854.06 - $68,004.53
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (w/out TRS): MA, Step 1 - Step 8: $61,979.45 - $86,031.00
- 2026 - 2027 SCEA Salary Schedule (w/out TRS): PHD/EDD Step 1 - Step 8: $76,746.37 - $88,982.36
