With three openings available, you can choose the setting that fits you best-supporting a specific district in East Aurora, the Algonquin/Carpentersville/Hampshire area, or working in an itinerant role across multiple locations. Whether you're seeking a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week) or part-time flexibility, this opportunity allows you to tailor your work while making a lasting difference. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026 through May 21, 2027, offering consistency and the chance to see meaningful student progress over time.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective, individualized intervention plans
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Provide both direct services and consultation across general and special education settings
• Track progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies for maximum impact
• Mentor and train school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Behavior Analyst Certification (PEL not required)
• Experience in K-12 school settings (preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
