Position Overview
Hours:
7:30–3:00. Dates Available:

Middle School Teacher. Program:
New Directions.
Location:
Mades-Johnstone School.
Teach and work with students whose primary needs are emotional or behavioral in nature, and whose needs cannot be successfully met in a traditional public school setting. Using intervention techniques and individualized instruction, aim to help students develop self‑management skills, effective decision‑making, problem‑solving strategies, and improved interpersonal skills.
Position Qualifications- Illinois licensure (see (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for more information)
- LBS1 or special‑education endorsement
- Qualified to teach middle school
- Bachelor’s degree in special education or related field
Pay will be $250 per day.
About the SchoolMid‑Valley serves children and families in the Batavia, Kaneland, Geneva, Central, and St. Charles community school districts in Kane County.
