Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Deck Supervisor to lead the on-deck team, supervise instructors, maintain the pool environment, and ensure the GSS curriculum is delivered with quality and consistency.
You will conduct pre-shift meetings, evaluate instructors, interact with parents about student progress, and act as an ambassador for customer satisfaction while keeping logs, maintaining pool chemicals, and coordinating coverage for absent staff.
