Associate Dean of Academic Affairs

As Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Chamberlain University, you will lead academic quality and innovation across nursing and health professions programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. You will oversee curriculum, assessment, and accreditation; support faculty hiring, development, and evaluation; and champion data-informed decisions that enhance student success. In a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will shape academic policies, foster inclusive teaching practices, and help prepare diverse healthcare professionals to advance health in communities and beyond.
