Salary: $75,000–$90,000 (Flexible up to ~$105K for candidates with strong electrical/PLC experience)

WhatYou'll Do
- Design and customize industrial equipment based on unique customer requirements.
- Develop mechanical designs, assemblies, and detailed engineering documentation.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, fabrication, machining, and welding teams to bring designs to life.
- Support electrical and controls integration on custom equipment, including troubleshooting and modifying existing systems.
- Create or modify electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Work on multiple engineering projects simultaneously in a collaborative engineering environment.
- Participate in continuous product improvements and new product development initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Approximately 2-4 years of engineering experience (ideal), preferably involving machine design or custom industrial equipment.
- Experience designing mechanical or electro-mechanical products.
- Curiosity and a genuine passion for engineering, learning how things work, and solving technical problems.
- Strong CAD experience (Solid Works preferred but not required).
- Experience with fabrication, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial equipment is highly desirable.
- PLC troubleshooting or programming experience.
- Ability to create or modify electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Controls or automation experience.
