Diehl Auto Repair is a growing NAPA Gold Auto Care Center with four successful locations and a fifth location opening soon. We're looking for a professional Service Advisor who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
• Write repair orders and prepare repair estimates
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings
• Order parts
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience writing repair orders and estimates
• Parts ordering experience
• Computer proficiency
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Honest and dependable
• Team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Compensation

Base Salary

$52,000-$60,000 annually

Performance Bonus
